When I add a product link, it doesn't show any image or description. Why?

Double-check your link to ensure there are no errors in it. If it still persists, you can try to reload the page. You can also sign out and back in to help resolve this.

If you're still unable to do this, try using another link to see if that works. Occasionally, some links may not populate the image and description due to technical issues.
